Designing and making a cycling pad is a complex challenge. In addition to experience, a constant commitment to research, development and experimentation with new solutions is necessary.
That’s why we conduct continuous testing and investigate innovative materials and constructions, with the goal of staying at the forefront of the development of future cycling bottom technologies.
Partnerships with our customers, suppliers and riders allow us to gather feedback early in the prototyping process, constantly improving each product.
Selected materials–technical fabrics, multi-density foams, gels, and Poron–combined with advanced technologies and time-honored experience are developed according to the needs of our partners to make high-performance cycling pads.

Floating technology redefines the concept of comfort through a double-layer structure with a partially free support insert. This innovative configuration improves ventilation and moisture management, adapting naturally to the cyclist’s movements.

High Technology Easy features a smooth base with rounded edges.
Curved shapes facilitate integration with various stitching systems, making it easier and more precise to apply the pad inside the shorts.

Using an advanced three-dimensional cutting system, the foams are shaped to eliminate excess material and maintain greater thickness at the support points.
This process allows volume to be reduced in areas where greater freedom of movement is needed, improving comfort, softness and adaptability while pedaling.

HT90
HT90
HT90 is a revolutionary technology that contours the side fins of the pad at 90°, allowing the athlete’s body to fit perfectly into the shorts without excessive bulk. HT90 technology reduces friction, redness and discomfort in the groin area while pedaling. All this is possible thanks to the special machinery we have personally modified and adapted to make our models.
T MIRROR
T MIRROR
TMirror is a technology that introduces a completely flat bottom surface combined with supporting inserts. This configuration allows the elimination of compression lines, reducing the risk of discomfort and abrasion.
In combination with the HT90 side flaps, it provides a better riding position, greater comfort and consistent performance.
