Created by Teosport’s combination of several technologies, the Floating Armadillo pad should be considered fantastic for comfort and breathability. Constructed from a soft base with vertically striped ESF fabric combined with lightweight yet supportive foam. The insert is self-contained and is attached to the base with special seams at three precise points (completely eliminated any gluing between base and foam). The shape of the insert is based on our TM Armadillo concept that is beveled with Blade Sign technology at the edges to reduce excess material

This combination of materials creates a clever solution for increased ventilation and quick drying. This generates a double pad that moves with in sync with the rider. The part in contact with the skin remains flat (T-Mirror Technology) but anatomical because of the shaping that is done to the side tabs (HT90 Technology).

The combination of all our special production methods makes this cycling pad a lightweight, ergonomic, breathable, innovative product.
