Blade Sign Armadillo Circuit 1.0 is the latest evolution of 3D backdrops.

The combination of our super-soft ESF material with two open-cell foams both with density 80, makes this pad lightweight yet ready for the countless stresses while pedaling. With Armadillo Technology cross-linked foam, this cycling pad is designed to be durable and provide top performance.

• HT90: is a revolutionary technology that contours the side fins of the pad at 90°, allowing the athlete’s body to fit perfectly into the shorts without excessive bulk. HT90 technology reduces friction, redness and discomfort in the groin area while pedaling. All this is possible thanks to the special machinery we have personally modified and adapted to make our models.
• T Mirror: smooth top surface and inverted support layers make it extremely comfortable against the skin. Thermally molded, elastic, multi-directional curvature follows the pelvis and legs to ensure a perfect fit and saddle stability. Soft flaps protect the inner leg from friction and allow greater freedom of movement throughout the ride. Seamless one-piece construction reduces skin irritation, redness or discomfort.
• Armadillo foam: featuring specially shaped and oriented channels at varying heights ensure that the pad always stays in place and conforms closely to the rider’s typical movements: extension, compression, twisting and tilting.
• Blade Sign: three-dimensional cutting system where foams are sectioned off in order to remove excess parts while maintaining more foam at the support points and less at the parts where there is a need for freedom of movement, comfort and softness.

The striped, printable fabric lining ensures that moisture is distributed outward through the channels and thus allows for very rapid drying.

This pad also enjoys two layers of foams. The first foam is open cell at density 80 (light gray color), the second foam is also open cell but cross-linked ensuring great breathability and moisture management.
